Dear Friends,
It has been my great honor and joy to serve you and your family’s dental needs over the last 39 years. I have had a fulfilling professional career here in Ahwatukee Foothills, and I have you to thank for that. Recently, due to changes in my health and family issues, I have decided to pass the torch on to another dentist and move on to the next chapter of my life. My primary concern as I prepare to retire has been to turn my practice over to someone I can trust to treat your dental needs with the high quality care and compassion you are accustomed to.
I have been searching for several months for the right doctor to continue my practice; someone that shares the same philosophy, passion, and dedication that I have to exceptional dental care. I feel extremely lucky to have found and selected Dr. Amy Nordquist as my replacement. Dr. Nordquist is a graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry, where she studied alongside my eldest son, Jeff Jr. I am confident Dr. Nordquist will continue to provide you with excellent clinical treatment and caring, personal service.
Dr. Amy Nordquist is an Ahwatukee native and is thrilled to have the opportunity to treat patients in her hometown. She attended Xavier College Preparatory for high school and obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona. She was accepted into multiple dental schools and ultimately decided to attend her first-choice program at Creighton University. She quickly excelled to the top of her class, showing particular skill at cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She was well-known in her class as the talented and outgoing student that patients loved to see. Dr. Nordquist is proud of the education she received from Creighton, where she graduated with many awards for her impressive dental skills.
For the past 8 years Dr. Nordquist has been practicing dentistry in Chandler where she lives with her husband, Matt, and their two young sons, Benjamin and Jackson. She has been waiting patiently to find the right opportunity to start her own private practice, and when she and I connected, we knew it was going to be the perfect fit. My connections with Dr. Nordquist go all the way back to 1993 when her family became patients of mine after moving from California. Our kids even carpooled together in high school! With many fun family and professional connections, Dr. Nordquist and I are really excited about the lucky circumstances that lead to this practice transition.
I am happy to let you know that the team who has assisted me will remain with the practice. The office location and telephone number will remain the same. Dr. Nordquist will maintain the same fee schedule; all financial and treatment contracts will continue exactly as before with no anticipated changes except that Dr. Nordquist will be providing your care.
I want to thank all of you for making my years of practicing dentistry so memorable and special. I will be in the office on a limited basis completing any existing cases to ensure the transition is smooth and seamless to each of you. I have faith that you are in good hands with Dr. Nordquist as she is a gifted dentist who truly puts her heart, soul and technical excellence into her work. I know you will be pleased with Dr. Nordquist and I’m confident she will earn the same loyalty that you have afforded me over these
many years.
May God Bless You and Your Family,
Dr. Jeffery A Kohler
